We’re based in Cleveland, Ohio and serve surrounding cities. We can travel further for an additional mileage fee ($2 per mile beyond our normal delivery zone).
To book, simply fill out our Booking Request Form on the website. Once we review your request, we’ll reach out to confirm availability and send an invoice. A deposit is required to secure your date.
To ensure availability and prep time, we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance of your event.
Bookings made with less than 2 weeks’ notice may require a rush fee or limited item selection depending on availability.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward your delivery and setup fee. Your date is not officially reserved until the deposit is paid.
Final payment is due no later than 7 days before your event unless otherwise discussed. Same-week bookings may require full payment upfront.
Yes! Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included with most rentals. A standard delivery fee of $100 applies for local drop-offs. Fees may vary depending on distance, event type, or special circumstances.
All Party Game Rentalz packages and Pick & Play rentals are based on a standard 2-hour rental.
This helps keep things smooth for delivery, pickup, and game flow — while also allowing you to add on extra time if you need it! Additional time can be purchased based on your chosen items.
Our Package Deals come bundled with our most popular game combos, delivery/setup, and discounted pricing. They’re perfect for birthdays, block parties, and large events!
Pick & Play Rentals allow you to customize your own experience by selecting individual items. You can also mix and match by starting with a package and adding Pick & Play items to build your perfect party setup.
Staff support is not included with standard rentals. However, it is available for $35/hour and may be required depending on the size or nature of your event (e.g., school functions, high-traffic public events, etc.).
If you need to reschedule due to weather, we allow a one-time booking transfer within 90 days of your original date — as long as your deposit has been paid. After that window, a new deposit will be required.
